Job was for Shore school to tidy one of their rental properties in preparation for rental. Budget at around $4500

First day. Clean yard

Day 2: Remove old paving. Paving bricks were running parallel to each other.

Day 2 : Old bricks removed and have raised retaining wall by 60mm. This is to give the area a more level look.

Day 3 : In with the road base and starting the brick paving. Have changed to Herringbone pattern to try and match the period of the terrace house

Day 4 : Finished the paving and working on a paver surround.

Day 5 : Surround finished, garden beds cleaned and barked, job done.
